It can mess? I always thought that people who did the same in both directions, if you know what I mean.

Probably because they connect to Spain more than any other European country. They brought their customs and traditions of Mexico, 1600-1800, and we have much in common with them. Also speaks Spanish and it is easier to communicate with them.
When I think to say the Hispanic players in Europe: Torres, Villa, Silva, Casillas, but I remember .... thy're non-Hispanic ... are European.
