Eyeshadow Pencil Would A Light Blue Pencil Eyeliner Look Good As A Eyeshadow?

Would a light blue pencil eyeliner look good as a eyeshadow? - eyeshadow pencil

I have a light skin color and think with a eyeliner pencil like my shadow, light blue eyes (just because) they are no eye shadow. And to round off the whole thing with black eyeliner on the eyes of the lower and upper.
It would look good?

Use your eyeliner to draw and complete a circle on paper, then take a cotton swab is rubbed into the circle and the use of Q-Tip to implement its new eyeshadow. This should be directly would be a softer look and the application of eyeliner and do not use black eyeliner on hard.

I think so, only applies to light and make sure it is so mixed that the line is not hard to get, and sometimes eyeliner.
